What areas do you serve?+
We serve Utah County, Salt Lake County, Summit County (Park City, Kamas) and Wasatch County (Heber City). This includes Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Draper, Sandy, South Jordan, Park City, Kamas, Heber City, and surrounding communities. What's included in a recurring cleaning?+
Our BR Standard recurring service covers every room: kitchen (countertops, stovetop, appliance exteriors, sink, cabinet fronts), bathrooms (toilet, shower, tub, mirrors, fixtures), bedrooms (dusting, bed straightening, nightstands), living areas (furniture, shelves, tables), and all floors (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping). We also clean baseboards, door frames, high-touch surfaces, and light switches every visit.
How is pricing determined?+
We price by visit — not by the hour. Your rate is based on the size of your home, the type of service, and any add-ons you choose. This means our team stays until the work is done right, focused on quality rather than the clock. You'll receive a clear quote before we begin — no surprises.
What's the difference between BR Standard and BR Essential?+
BR Standard is our premium recurring service with a comprehensive room-by-room methodology — the full BR experience. BR Essential is our streamlined option: clean, honest, and effective, but without the deep-detail touches. Both deliver a clean home; Standard delivers the elevated experience.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key, garage code, or smart lock access. We'll confirm entry details before your first visit. If you prefer to be home, that's perfectly fine too — our team works quietly and efficiently.
What's your cancellation policy?+
We understand plans change. Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a late cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-access situations may be charged up to the full service amount.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?+
Yes — we bring everything needed for a thorough clean, including professional-grade products and equipment. We also offer an Eco-Friendly Kit option featuring Koala Eco plant-based products for clients who prefer natural, non-toxic cleaning solutions.
What if I have pets?+
We love pets! We just ask that they be secured in a separate room or area before our arrival. This ensures the safety of your pets and allows our team to work efficiently. We'll note any pet-related preferences in your profile.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?+
Your satisfaction is our priority. If any included area doesn't meet the BR Standard, contact us within 24 hours and we'll schedule a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas — no questions asked.
How do I pay?+
We accept credit cards and debit cards through our secure online payment system (powered by Stripe). After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a payment link via email. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash for your convenience.
